Privacy Policy — Sculpted Body App

1. Data We Collect
To provide the service, the Sculpted Body App collects:
- Account data: email address and name.
- Body metrics: weight, height, age, and gender.
- Health information: injuries and conditions you share with us so we can adapt your routines.
- Progress photos: images you voluntarily upload to track your evolution.
- Workout logs: exercises, sets, weights, and session dates.
2. How Your Data Is Used
We use your data exclusively to provide the service: generating personalized routines, tracking your progress, adapting exercises to your injuries or conditions, and allowing your trainer to supervise your plan. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes. The App shows no ads.
3. AI and Photo Analysis
The progress photos you upload may be analyzed by an artificial intelligence model (Google Gemini) to estimate your physical composition and evolution. The analysis is performed solely to generate your progress feedback; your photos are not used to train third-party models and are never shared with other users.
4. Camera and Pose Detection
The App uses your device's camera to analyze your exercise form through pose detection (ML Kit). This analysis runs entirely on your device: camera video is not uploaded to our servers or stored.
5. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored in Google Firebase, on servers located in the United States, protected with the platform's standard security measures (encryption in transit and at rest, and access rules restricting your data to your account and your trainer).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can edit your profile at any time and delete your account with all your data directly from the App. Deleting your account removes your profile data, metrics, progress photos, and workout logs. You may also exercise these rights by writing to our contact email.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is substantial, we will notify you within the App before it takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this document indicates the current version.
