1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Sculpted Body application (the "App"), operated by Robertrainer (the "Trainer"), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not use the App.
2. Use of the Service
The App offers you personalized training routines, progress tracking, progress-photo analysis, and exercise-form analysis. The service is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to provide truthful information, not to share your account with third parties, and not to use the App in ways that harm the service or other users.
3. Not Medical Advice
The App provides physical training guidance for informational and general conditioning purposes. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have injuries, pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have been inactive for a long time. If you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort during a workout, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
4. Liability
Physical exercise carries inherent risks. By using the App you voluntarily assume those risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Trainer shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the App or the performance of the workouts. The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted availability of the service.
5. Account and Deletion
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from within the App. The Trainer may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, brand, routines, content, and software are the property of the Trainer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written authorization. You retain ownership of the photos and data you upload; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service to you.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is substantial, we will notify you within the App. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Florida, USA.
