1. Who We Are

Robertrainer is a brand owned and operated by Clearvertising LLC, a company registered in the State of Florida, United States, with its principal office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

All services, applications, websites, and digital products under the Robertrainer brand are the exclusive property of Clearvertising LLC.

2. Services

Robertrainer offers personalized online fitness coaching, including but not limited to:

• Custom training plans delivered through the Robertrainer Pro web application
• Personalized nutrition protocols
• Direct messaging with your assigned coach
• Weekly check-ins and plan adjustments
• Video exercise demonstrations

Services are delivered digitally. No in-person sessions are included in the online coaching plan unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use our services. By subscribing, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Subscription & Billing

Online coaching is offered as a monthly subscription at $300/month. Payment is processed securely through Stripe on behalf of Clearvertising LLC.

• Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you subscribed.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• Charges will appear on your statement as Clearvertising LLC or CLEARVERTISING.

5. Results Guarantee

We offer a results guarantee for clients who follow the program as prescribed. If you complete 4 full weeks of training and nutrition as directed, attend all weekly check-ins, and do not see measurable progress, you may request a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the end of the 4-week period to info@robertrainer.com.

6. Account Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive an invitation link to create your account on the Robertrainer Pro coaching application. This account is personal and non-transferable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

7. Health Disclaimer

Our coaching services are for informational and educational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult your physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, training plans, software, branding, and materials provided through Robertrainer are the exclusive property of Clearvertising LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or share your account access with others.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearvertising LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
